My Window Solutions is locally owned and operated by Parry Annis; lifetime in the local area. Parry is involved with daily operations and general management of the business. Parry is always available for any and all customers to discuss their project or any challenges.

The culture at our business is “family”. We are a large family, we are here to support our goal of giving our customers the best experience possible with their purchase. We do team events like our annual fishing trip to help build the team and strengthen our family bond. We believe a positive work environment will yield the best work in your home.

Operations are led by Lonnie Morgan who is our Production Manager. Lonnie focuses on daily operations, scheduling and allocating our staff for daily installations. Parry and Lonnie are the top management in the company and customer service is their utmost priority.

Our sales staff is Mike Wissenborn, Damon Whitmar, Chuck Suarez and Parry. We are here to help you in the process and inform you of product choices and options available in the world of today’s windows. Our process is to educate, and consult you to help you make the best decision for your home and family. We at My Window Solutions will never be pushy or try any divisive tactics to get your business. We pride ourselves on having customers that have chosen us from free will and from an educated buyers perspective.

Installation staff is the backbone of our business.

No matter what we say during the sales process we are ultimately judged by our performance. We have only in house installation teams, our employees, not any subcontracted installers will be in your home. All of our installations are held to our high standards and meet or exceed all manufacturers recommended installation procedures. We have trained all staff members and no installation is performed without a lead supervising installer on site the entire time. Our lead installers are staff members that have worked with us for a minimum of 2 years and have shown exemplary skill and proven the ability to lead our job.

Lonnie as the scheduler makes sure we have the best teams in place daily to ensure your project is done right the first time. In house we rely on Donna and Mellissa to keep us on track with accounting and inner office needs. Nathan is also in house to place all of your orders and help the warehouse ensure we have your products on hand for your installation day. Eddie is in charge of service. With almost all of our manufacturers offering lifetime warranties, along with our installation warranties, we staff a full time service tech. Eddie is here to follow up on any warranty requests or any concerns with the installation details. We pride ourselves on not having issues, but we understand the need to fix an issue post installation is equally important as any other aspect of the process.
